Scott Christian Sava, an artist youtuber I follow, did a '30 Days of National Animals' challenge. I did not complete it, but I did do a couple of drawings for it.

A quick sketch of one of my ~projectless/daydream OCs.

Sezi is a refugee from a culture that really oppresses the hereditary group of people who work with dead bodies/bodily waste/trash, which he is a member of. He’s an aggressively memento mori/‘remember you will shit and die, probably at the same time, and someone will have to deal with that’ person. And now he can safely be angry and also express this opinion, and so he has become very goth. (This is him in casual wear. When he dresses up, he gets much more gothic punk space princess in his fashion.)

There’s been these things going around on youtube shorts, that are OC construction challenges? They tend to be like "the colour of their skin is [your favourite colour/your shirt colour/the colour of the last meal you ate], and if you have glasses they have three eyes, etc.” And I decided to do one. Hey, maybe it’ll make art happen. And it did!

I did a project of taking requests and drawing minecraft youtuber's based on their in game skins. (And one day, I will finish all the requests...) I especially had fun with the ones who had skins that could be Creatively Interpreted.

There was a tumblr poll going around, for the best little cat, and I offered pencil sketches as bribes to get people to vote for the margay.

Art made for the Hurt/Comfort Exchange for loyalcrowlist. I saw their prompt, and two dots connected in my head.

I am a big fan of the headcanon of golden apples as good post starvation food and/or being food that’s very ~security blanket-ish for PvPers.
Technoblade has stacks and stacks of everything.

And those two ideas combined into this art.

I recently bought a brush pen, and have been having too much fun.

Playing around with brush pens and designs for my novel characters, starting with the concerning cousins.

To the left is Jade, one of the leads: a cavalry general, a pile of scrupulousity, and someone who should be tenth in line to the throne, but thanks to a plague, is now first in line. (And canon trans woman.)

To the right is Queen Rainfall, who should have been ninth in line for the throne. Not going to win any awards for competent rulership any time soon.
