Did you know that if you have a sick cat and finals coming up, it can eat a lot of your time? I keep forgetting that! So, yeah, that's where I've been.

I've gotten a surprising amount of fic written though, so that's nice.

In two more weeks I will be ~~freeeeeeeeee!~~ (...from finals. It'll be 6-8 weeks before I'm free of nursing the cat.)

I've been working on a very tragic pining fic, where the POV character dies before he has a chance to find out if feelings a mutual between him and the main non-POV character.(One of the nice things about being in the Tolkien fandom(s), is that when people complain 'Why did you make it tragic Wolffy!' I can say 'Don't blame me, it's all Tolkien's fault!')

Ohhhhhhhhh mmmmmmmm tragic pining is great. I've been playing around with a few similar AUs for my current fandom which... I unfortunately don't have that kind of a safety net for, but then again, I sustain myself almost exclusively on the devastated tears of my readers so it's all good :3c
