Thank you everyone who gave their opinions on the ideas post I posted a little while ago!

Tar Miriel/F!King’s Man is probably going to happen at some point– but I think that idea will need a little more time on the backburner before I’m ready to write.

But I’ve made some progress on and celebrate the irony (the oddball Maeglin/Celebrimbor fic)! It’s still very much at the early outlining stage, but progress is happening.

Love Not Wisdom is starting to get beta read, so I might be switching over to editing that soon.

I’ve also finished* a treat for the Black Emporium Exchange. So that’s nice.

*it’s passes the bus test, but I may want to edit it later.

Oh, so when I complain about how dependant the Deep Space Nine staff allow themselves to be on Miles O'Brien to keep everything functional, even though O'Brien lives a fairly dangerous life, what I'm complaining about is how badly they *fail the bus test*. I'll have to remember that term: it will come in handy.

It's a very useful term! (Technically I'm using it in an odd fashion, but "done enough that if something stops me from doing more editing it will be an okay fic" is at least within the spirit.)
