Normally I wake up with my alarm at 6am, and fiddle about on my phone for a bit, before dragging myself up into the land of the living.

This morning, the sun woke me up at 5:30am. I checked my phone-- and discovered the power cord had come loose overnight, so it hadn't actually charged and was on quite low batter. Woops. I plugged it in...

...and then spent a pleasant 45 minutes working on an inktober piece, while sunlight came through the window and gave me some nice natural light. It was all very nice and ~civilised~

I might have try doing it again tomorrow morning.
