**Are you staying home from work or school?**
Yep. My university was very quick on the draw about closing. Which is probably a good thing-- but very annoying as an Honours student who, due to various disasters, only ended up being able to have two days in the lab.
**If you are staying home, who is there with you?**
I live with my parents, and both of them are retired. It's not too bad; we are pretty well suited as room mates for each other, and fairly much get along.
**An event that you were looking forward to that got cancelled?**
Does 'being able to do work in the actual lab' count? I'd like to think it counts. But the local folk festival also got cancelled-- even though my mother is more into that than me, it does mean I missed out on getting to see the Morris dancers.
**What movies have you watched recently?**
Define 'movies.' Also, see below.
**What shows are you watching?**
I've been watching an awful lot of *Vera*, which is a police procedural set in the North of England, and episodes are about an hour and a half long. So you could argue that it is a series of movies.
**What music are you listening to?**
Piano covers of anime and video game songs. (God bless the the Synthesia side of youtube. So good for finding instrumental music to listen to in the background.)
**What are you reading**
I am reading so many different things at once, that I've had to create a randomiser system to prevent myself from getting 'stuck' while choosing between them. (Each thing is assigned a number, and random.org is used to generate a number.) A notable thing I'm reading is *Magic's Pawn* by Mercedes Lackey, because from what I can tell there is a 50% chance I'll love it and a 50% chance I'll get squicked out and there's only one way to find out, plus I have heard good things about a particular fanfic of it and I want to read the original first.
**What are you doing for self care**
Trying to keep up with doing 10,000 steps a day, because I know I go a little funny without exercise.
